Terms of Use

1. Agreement scope

These Terms of Use govern access to blazevoltcurrent.digital and enrollment-related communications from BlazeVolt Current (“we”, “us”). By using the site or requesting information, you agree to these terms and our Data Protection and Cookie Preferences statements.

2. Services description

We provide cohort-based training and related coaching in IT Support and Help Desk Operations. Program outlines describe planned topics; instructors may adjust pacing based on cohort readiness. Sessions may include online, in-person, or blended delivery as stated per offering.

3. Participant responsibilities

Participants provide accurate enrollment details, respect confidentiality of cohort materials, follow onsite safety rules during Seoul labs, and use employer data only when legally authorized and anonymized for coursework.

4. Intellectual property

Course templates, labs, and facilitator guides remain our property. You receive a limited license to use materials for personal learning during and after the cohort for portfolio purposes unless marked restricted. Redistribution, resale, or scraping of materials is prohibited.

5. Third-party tools

We may recommend or temporarily provision sandbox tools operated by vendors. Those vendors have separate terms; we are not responsible for outages beyond reasonable coordination.

6. Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from training participation except where mandatory consumer protections apply. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific program at issue in the six months before the event, except in cases of willful misconduct or personal injury due to our gross negligence.

7. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul, Korea, have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a mandatory consumer provision requires otherwise. We encourage good-faith resolution through support channels before formal action.

8. Termination and changes

We may suspend access for conduct that endangers other participants, breaches confidentiality, or attempts to disrupt systems. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
