For distance contracts subject to Korean consumer rules, you may withdraw within seven days of purchase without stating a reason, unless service delivery began with your express request during that window. For blended programs with scheduled Seoul components, additional logistics terms apply as communicated at enrollment.

If digital materials or live sessions were intentionally accessed early at your request, refund rights may be reduced proportionally to the value consumed, per applicable law.

Where withdrawal is valid but partial delivery occurred, we calculate refunds based on unused portions minus disclosed administrative fees stated in your offer letter.

Third-party exam vouchers, custom hardware ordered on your behalf, non-refundable venue deposits paid for private cohorts, and shipping charges clearly labeled as pass-through are generally non-refundable once purchased unless vendors permit reversals.

Email hello@blazevoltcurrent.digital with your full name, cohort name, and payment reference. We confirm receipt within three business days with next steps.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method when technically possible within approximately fourteen business days after approval; banking timelines may vary.

If we cancel a cohort for low enrollment or force majeure, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for the canceled instance. We are not responsible for incidental travel costs; travel insurance remains your choice.
